Those who under estimate #HangoverJoes and don't think the plan is to bring this company back to the market well lol


Translation:
"We're in the dump, so can someone please help us and send a bunch of money for a product that we have trouble selling?"


They admit that the company is down and out just by crying "bring this company back". Very bad PR.


Same goes with Korea and their video spam. Their most viewed video has only 800 views and that's from 2 years ago! What a waste of time (they too need a proper PR team).
