Why do you persist in avoiding discussing the reality of the situation? Everyone else on this Board seems to see and discuss what you consistently and emphatically seem to deny.
When and if the government takes any action to deal with the issue of opioid abuse (and you have now morphed it into a pain issue, whereas the President sees it as a drug problem that can be solved by cutting off the flow of illegal drugs, locking up dealers and addicts, and restricting over-prescribing), will Calmare machines be consigned to electronic recycling facilities or what?
