I would hazard a guess.

Markiplier can only offer his services for publicity for REDG, he doesn't have any IP to sell to the company.

Markiplier hasn't done any PR for the company lately and was strangely absent from REDG during Comic Con.

My guess is that Markiplier no longer wants to be closely associated with REDG after the Zwagg Box debacle and is waiting for Benny to clean up his act (or hire someone else to do it). That time isn't here , yet.

Rhoades 7.5 million preferred almost offsets the voting power of the new Vis Vires Group shares.

It should be interesting to see how much Mr, Rhoades can change REDG by just being a board member.
