Minimum listing requirement for Nasdaq

Correct me if I'm wrong, while there are numerous standards for listing, the minimum bid price must be $4. Thus, for Intiva to list on Nasdaq, it will need to show $200mm in net assets at a minimum.

The pro forma valuation right now is only ~$90mm. Thus, the stock needs to trade at least at $0.67 for listing. Selling here doesn't make much sense to me. I have to believe Friedland has done the math and believes his assets are worth more than $200mm.
