Berge has lied and alienated so many investors. You can only go to the well so many times. He has burned thousands of shareholders. The buyers it would take to raise this are long gone and will never trust anything he says or does. I personally believe he will R/S again, just like before, but this time he will have to recruit new buyers, which will be very difficult. He had his chance to do something and BLEW IT! IMO
