Looks like word is getting out on something big about to happen with VOIL. My guess is the litigation makes it free and clear for the company to acquire major assets mentioned in the LOI and also hearing amazing news from MGX Minerals with their lithium discovery of Oil Wastewater in Paradox. They are adjacent to Virtus so maybe Virtus has huge amounts of Lithium which pays WAY MORE THAN OIL AND GAS.
