Do people ever learn? Of course after bubble busts you know who will be paying for all the people who shouldn't have been getting in loans with no down payment.

Then these banks what has changed?

obamafraud did nothing but transfer money did bunch of favors at bail out. Bla bla bla. Nothing but BS out of him which is the norm.

Read how many places are listed below. I have clients in this town I go to do work. Not the biggest town but sure lot of people ready to help you get in over your head.

Hi there all! Me and my husband are looking at saving up to buy our own home (first time) and I'm trying to find a mortgage plan that does 100% financing- meaning the down payment is not out of our pocket. I know this is hard to find, but we are in a rush to get out of our tiny studio at the moment. If anyone knows of any banks or credit unions that do this i would greatly appreciate the help!

Ashley Warness
Ashley Warness I thought only certain homes qualified for 0 down depending on location. I could be wrong though. We have used Jeff Anderson at Guild +1 (425) 422-1825 for multiple mortgages and he's great.

Amanda McClindon
Amanda McClindon You'd need to go through a USDA loan program for zero down, and that does have area restrictions, although a few years ago when we purchased our home, monroe qualified.
