The concerns I have are this:

-lawsuit can take years

-how would they retain their shares back from Ken? Maybe there are some legalities there that I don't know, but if he owns share you cannot just steal them back, right? So he could possibly hold onto them as long as he wants? Again I don't know the legalities..

-what is the concept moving forward? Are we in MJ anymore or not? Does Mobiweb own this and we are a racing company?

-is the share structure getting revised to retire some of these shares?
