I am with you, I have had stock in this company for 3 years now also and I did think my money was gone forever. However the could of months i have been corresponding with a Mr. Riley who I am guessing is the president of the company from what I can gauge.

From what was explained to me is Ken used the company as his personal piggy bank and thus driving the company into debt and tanking the stock.

What I have gathered is I think Ken is still a major share holder so I think they are keeping quiet so not to add value to the stock till they can get the shares back. This is not something Mr. Riley told me but this is the feeling I get.

There is currently a active law suit that is still playing out between the company and Ken but the specifics were not disclosed to me.

I believe once they are clear from Ken I believe the current true profits of the company will be known.
