Then why did HJOE attempt to File a Form 15 to keep from being revoked if the had a "deal" with the SEC?

The quote was from 2013 and if you look at Renee's list of suspensions - the outlook for shareholders is very grim.

"1,586 Suspended SEC Registered Filers (for Financials delinquencies) sent to the Grey Market and then revoked: - HJOE is one of them.

"NOTE: DHCC re-registered with the SEC on Oct. 14,2015 after the stock registration had been revoked on Sept. 14,2014. *** This board has post numbers 1162 for revocation and 1494 for the FORM 10 re-registration." 

1 post in 2016 and zero in 2017. DHCC failed in being relisted.
