didn't know about the lawsuit, thanks, doesn't seem like too big of a deal, maybe they settle it, I agree Allergan had nothing to lose, but the DDAIP enantiomer version is better with longer patent life, Allergan could potentially use this in some of their cosmetic products, perhaps the hair loss product they are pursuing, Rayva adds value if DDAIP is approved in America, maybe there is another DDAIP product potential.

I think the goal of Apri is to sell the company before having to dilute again, which they have no problem doing, I'm sure at this point they are trying to do what's best for the Denner and Pascoe teams not retail holders, maybe they should sell the company before the decision because Apri can't handle another delay if the FDA gives a CRL.

IMO, Ferring will jump right in if Allergan declines, and then ferring might as well just buy it out right, hopefully for alot more than they paid for ex-us rights to vitaros, which wasn't much.


I agree this has only been a stock to trade, and a play on a sale by buying back in at a lower price.
