SFMI is 3 years delinquent in filing Financials. The SEC is derelict in not having an iron-clad timeframe for automatic Suspension for delinquent Financials, eg., one fiscal year of delinquencies.

Permitting a stock to trade for 3 years from the date of their last Financials is egregiously unacceptable.
