the ceo failed hard in this company. Don't know why the cfo leaves.
He should have left after the citrix deal went south.

this can go either way :
* BoD is serious in this company and seeks a solution in Merger or new CEO.
* live and let die.....

I hope for the first. I have a business built on graphon with real customers. It would be a shame to see this go.... But my distributor keeps telling me that i should not worry. So that might be good news, not?
