CalRAM of Camarillo California, is very pleased to announce the titanium 6 Aluminum – 4 Vanadium “B” basis design allowable database is now available to members of America Makes, the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute, through the Digital Storefront.
Executing a purchase contract from Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS), CalRAM produced over 1200 test specimens used to create the comprehensive material database. Each test specimen build cycle was performed with the oversight of NGAS engineering to ensure data pedigree.
