Well, after what we heard over the weekend and documents seen, it will be very interesting to observe what happens.
At least one and possibly more of the plaintiffs engaged in legal actions against INOL have filed formal claims and charges against Mr. Kenneth J. Beam with the North Carolina CPA Board, Mr. Randall J. Lanham with the California State Bar Association, Mr. Michael Wright with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) up here.
These filings contained a plethora of written support documents to clearly show fraud, and pergury, specifically perpetrated against Berthold and the other Plantiffs.
We did not believe any of this until we actually were shown many of the documents. Since there is still pending legal action, public viewing of these will have to be through the judicial system and their sites.
With the current issues Mr. Lanham already has with the California State Bar, these actions certainly one would think will not help him.
We even were shown written emails between Berthold and Lanham where Lanham stated that Injex had product inventory that required selling prior to Injex and INOL moving forward with new product manufacturering or to the purported injex 50. Since this is in writing makes one wonder why there have been no product sales, no online access via INOL'S website to order products. The interesting aspect is per Michael Wrights statement contained within the press release about Maxim Group llc., he stated that their had been significant consumer interest, if this is the case and INOL has products why NO SALES?

APPEARS TO BE TOTAL FRAUD.

After seeing what we saw, if anyone at INOL is not trying to track down Berthold and begging him to help resolve the pending legal actions and giving him whatever he wants, then all that can be said is that one would hope that Mr. Lanham, Mr. Beam and the company have very serious malpractice coverage.
