Lawsuits? Looks like COVEY has some in progress against him still and more likely pending. Can't squeeze water from a dried up sponge. With approx $40 mil debt, any common shareholders are last in line for payback and will never see cent. Legacy investor lawsuit sounds completed for same reason. Folks have better chance finding gold on mars than getting any ROI. COVEY did one of the best OTC scams ever. MTVX is dead. No one will pay enormous legal fees too get nothing in return.
