Newbie, what's gets defined though, by the Company's action (or inaction) and progress (or lack of progress), are the facts that point to whether they still are R&D. Unless they continue with increased revenues every Quarter, starting right now (BARRY, WHERE ARE THE Q2 FINANCIAL RESULTS?????!!!), then they are defining THEMSELVES and that defining unfortunately points to them (still) being an R&D company!! At least in large part!!!
