.......quite possible.................clearly, there is a very SECRET settlement, arrangement, REMUNERATION or whatever you wanna call it........

.......one clue to a p/s PAYOUT from where-ever is the JPM response to harvey sender's original CH 11/POR........in JPM's response, wherein JPM has a $14mm hard money, secured CLAIM.........JPM says it wants uwbi common stock, as part of a chapter 11 re-org because, JPM says, the biggest payout in this fdic REMUNERATION is in owning uwbi "COMMON STOCK".........and this JPM is getting a full payout on its claim (which is rare in any BK, much less a failed BANK) and yet JPM wants common stock and opposed the ch 11 in its current form......(was modified to a ch 7 and the reorg document is sealed, imo).....................
