BOAHAHA....welcome to dilution!!!!! 230K up on the ask and things only get worse from here! While they have a ton of stuff going on, they have little to no money and the expenditures for the operations went up significantly...this is separate from the R&D monies/grants. IN short, they are in need of money as they have ramped up expenses significantly and have no revenues to offset
