At least 53 safety violations from 2016/2017 UNPAID to Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) as of today. What foolish investor would give a penny to a company that receives such a huge number of violations and then doesn't even bother to pay them???? One should ask why they would not pay them... Is it that they really never intended to be a mining company but only just look like one?
