OTC Pink, is the lowest, “speculative” market tier. The difference in the three levels is denoted by the amount and quality of information provided to investors.
OTC Pink can still trade some high-quality companies, which for one reason or another are unable to release audited up-to-date financials. For instance, a company undergoing an extensive accounting review may fall on the OTC Pink because it lacks audited financials.
Also, If you look at the Stevia Corp website: stevia.co
It still lists the company as an OTCQB stock. I feel that they are auditing their financials and when they are ready they will release the information with a plethora of PRs
I dont think they could advertise the OTCQB if they weren't.

Dr. Paul Mahlberg, Indiana University Professor Emeritus of Biology and cannabis researcher, has been studying hemp for over 40 years. With one of only two federal DEA research permits to grow cannabis in the U.S., Dr. Mahlberg can be considered the leading researcher in his field. When talking about the future of hemp, he is hopeful.

Currently Purdue is the only place in the state of Indiana where hemp cultivation is allowed.
Dr. Malhberg has been in close contact with the INHIA and George. Once hemp is legalized (which is will be before cannabis/drug is) - George will take advantage of the legal landscape and go forward very very hard imo...
Granted some may have lost money on the speculative beginning here, but I also see through other PRs and others talks on here about the past toxic financing that all this proverbial smoke will clear soon.
