Good luck with that!

I've been working with another youngin for the last 10 months. It's a tad bit frustrating. The kid is sharp as a tack, has the talent and ability to work hard. It's just tough as nails to pull him away from the cell phone and get him to concentrate on the task at hand. Has missed more work in the last 10 months, than I have in the last 10 years. Always has a doctor's excuse though, what can you do?
