Oh what a morning! Getting ready for tomorrows show. Cant wait to talk to Roger & Ben.

Want to bring you up to date. Originally I got the airtime for free and played commercials that sold vitamins that the owner has a multi level marketing business with. Now, I would not be apart of this and most of the hosts at KSCO don't either. Thats why you don't hear us talk about it. We just put up with it and play the commercials. He has now decided to change his business model with several of the hosts on the station. He is moving to charge the original programming hosts, like myself and On the Lip show and the Canabis Connection show. Which is fine because I don't have to play those commercials anymore. So here is the rub. We don't have traditional advertisers. That means we have to start finding them. I am covering the cost of tomorrows show because we need to hear from Roger and Ben. Me being on the radio is a hobby not what I do for a living as many of you know. I do love doing it but can't afford the $500.00 per broadcast hour. I have set up a Go Fund Me account. I will do my best to get traditional advertising but there is only so much time in the day and so much I can do. I believe that the show gives us a great place to showcase companies that we invest in and have great conversation on trading. Robert and I volunteer our time and if we do raise the money to stay on the air. I promise you it all goes to buying airtime. Plus if we raise the money we don't have to play any commercials and have the whole hour without interruptions. Below is the link and the description for the fund raiser. I hope you see the potential in having a show in the Bay Areas and the Silicon Valley were we can discuss the companies we invest in and having the CEO's on to talk directly to their shareholders.

Keep MY TWO CENTS radio show on the air!

My Two Cents radio show airs on KSCO 1080 am, on Sunday's at 6pm PST. The show is a place we're Investors using the Investors Hub and other blogs come together and talk about companies, strategies and lesson learned in trading stocks. It's a place were we tell our stories and feature great companies like Amfil Technologies. We bring CEO's on the show, talking directly to their shareholders and give company updates.

My original agreement with the station owner has changed. Originally, airtime was free and during the show we would play commercials selling the products the owner was involved in. Now the owner wants to charge individual hosts for their shows. Charging $500 for each hour of air time. My goal is to get traditional advertising for the show however this will require some time and we have quests booked for this Sunday and this month in upcoming shows. KSCO broadcasts on 1080am, along with broadcasting on KOMY 1340am and online at KSCO.com.
KSCO covers the San Francisco, Monterey Bay Areas including the Silicon Valley. It makes a great place to feature new companies and their CEO's. $5000.00 will give us two months of shows and give us some time to get traditional advertiser's.
What we would rather do is raise $30000.00 and we could be commercial free for a year and dedicate the whole hour to our stories of investments and companies we talk about. Myself and my co-host volunteer our time and will never be paid. All money raised goes for airtime only.
