Yep, not likely for anything new to happen until early September.

Plan Exclusivity for the debtor is currently guaranteed until sept 12th.

We may get a plan this time...not likely to be a completely equity friendly one.

If that is the case...
...then...hopefully....the EC counsel will be prepared and ready.
