You're confusing Kalani being the ONLY seller with Kalani selling. Lots of short sellers are making bank on DRYS, but they are taking a risk. Kalani has no risk as he only buys what he's already sold at a higher price.

The price moved up on the (as always) incorrect assumption that there would be no more dumping of discounted shares to Kalani.

Yesterday's 6K proves they are continuing. Look for more price declines and another reverse split.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
