After reading your post last night, I Googled the words "Strategic Global Suspended" and I saw that someone at the SEC had wrongfully placed the Orders of Suspension on the Internet sometime between August 2-3, 2017. I have included my findings for others to read and conduct the same search.

Google now displays when the information was made available to the public and when the last time you visited the page. This explains the sell-off or shorting of the stock on August 3, 2017, the day before the suspension took effect on August 4, 2017. Someone at the SEC dropped the ball in placing this insider information on the Internet prior to it being released to the investing public on the morning of August 4, 2017. I wonder how many people knew the suspension was coming during trading on August 3, 2017, when the stock literally crashed. Here is what I found below for the Board's review.
