SHAREHOLDERS UPDATE.
Dear Shareholders and other interested parties. Its been a long time since our last update, and for that I apologize. We had to deal with several obstacles and we feel that we have new solutions, so the update is in order. As we still trying to get to the bottom of OTC Markets reluctance to grant us our membership,which is unprecedented, because the membership renewal was something that they've been doing for myself and our management for over 10 years in the past, we also had to find and interview a new CEO prospect as well as interview several new management positions.
For the past several years, as with most OTC Markets companies, I myself and our management "enjoyed" a barrage of bloggers and "naysayers" who have gone to extreme limits of insults and accusations. Needles to say, that we know how to deal with that issue, but most importantly, we know how to handle the "emotional" part that results with these name calling, accusations and down right lies. However, not many new people who want to enter the public arena are aware of these "part of the business" issues and not many of them are prepared to the sheer volume, and the level of insults and accusations. Most of us, are big boys and girls and can handle that kind of a pressure. However, recently not only did everything escalated, but we have been receiving death threats, and various other threats for not only myself and management, but to my family as well. Now, as I am transparent with you the shareholders, I'm also transparent and respectful to the new CEO and management candidates as to the content and volume of these blogs and messages. Just recently, as an example, I've spent a long time researching and along with attorneys getting to the bottom of these alleged investigations and other threats that I received via email and other sources. Our current candidates, saw that the threats included them as well, even though their identities have not been disclosed yet. The drama and pressure led Joshua and several others to finally announce to me that as of this week, 8/4/2017, they will not be accepting my offers to join SUTI and ProTek teams. So that's the bad news. The good news, is that those of you who know me and my corporate experience for the past 30 years, also will attest to the fact that I just don't wait for things to happen, I look for plan"B", "C" and "d"...and etc..... Whatever it takes, (legally and morally correct), I will get results and resolve the issues. So with that said, I already had a TEAM TWO, ready to go. We will be getting formal contracts next week. We will have new CEO's and additional management in place , I believe, by the end of the month. Now, I'm not here to play a "Victim" game, we will overcome these issues.However, those of you whose desire is to harm these companies with your unfounded lies , innuendos and threats, then yes..You've won the first round, but we will win the fight!. Just for the record. Those of you who dislike me and continue to slander, lie and create all these libelous claims are only successful in slow things down, but will not stop these companies from becoming successful and achieve their goals. I'm not here to win a "popularity contest", but rather I'm here to realize success for these companies and All shareholders, (some of you forget that I'm a shareholder as well). These penalties and issues that myself and our management have to respond to, only penalize ALL of our shareholders. So, I will continue to make sure that we bring back the shareholder value that was lost by all these issues and wasted time. I will have a new management and new BOD to complete the business plan.
