Surely a GOOD PART of the Trustees APPEAL would be that the FDIC does not deserve the ITR since the seizure itself was not warranted AND THAT THE FDIC IN FACT was the one that was doing a LOT OF THE BOOK WORK supporting such a valuation, OR LACK THERE OF









This could get real real real STICKY IN A HEART BEAT according to s few I have spoken with, even the 4.14 could cause a major problem from the way I understand it.
