....if we do nothing and CLOSE the BK...........ok, with me.........otherwise, we file the APPEAL statement, follow up with the APPEAL points............and start the APPEALS process...........probably with BS retained...............................imo, the CO-TRUSTEE will win the ITR back................SO WHAT.....????........the FDIC is getting the ITR via an unsecured claim, anyhoot....................

.....SO WHY APPEAL and take another year and spend legal fees if we are not getting any money, regardless..................??????...........hayne's legal fees...........?????.............

..............INSANITY..............close the mofo..............whether there is $125mm in the BK REGISTRY, or just $8mm.............F/- it...........and doesn't the FDIC want to preserve the martinez decision and start using it to rake back other ITRs and possibly other recoveries.....??????......THIS uwbi mess IS NUTS............
