07:00 AM EDT, 08/04/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Vector Group(VGR) , a manufacturer of cigarettes, reported Friday Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.25 per share, up from $0.19 per share in the prior year period and higher than the $0.18 per share estimate from a single analyst polled by Capital IQ.
Total revenues were $472 million, up from $438.3 million reported for the same period last year and higher than the $449 million estimate from one analyst.
Shares were 3% higher pre-bell.
