It sure isn't as colorful as it used to be "but hope in the form of a mysterious unnamed engineering firm" still exists except it's in the form of a mysterious unnamed "Southern U.S. company"...."the parties continue to pursue joint opportunities for the sale of processors to third parties". Hence the carrot dangling continues without interruption and, as you know, where carrots go at least a few donkeys will follow.

He does seem to need a writer. When is he going to break out the Marine angle? Seems like a slam dunk to me.
"Plastic2Oil Marine, Inc., one of the Company’s subsidiaries, which is currently not operating, entered into a consulting service contract in 2010 with a company owned by Mr. Heddle, who later (in 2014) became the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The contract provides the related company with a share of the operating income earned from Plastic2Oil technology installed on marine vessels which are owned by the related company. The contract provides a minimum future payment equal to fifty percent of the operating income generated from the operations of two of the most profitable marine vessel processors and 10% from all other marine vessel processors. At December 31, 2016, there were no installed marine vessel processors pursuant to the contract."

Come on Dick. Wake up. What are you waiting for? The contract and the corporate structure*** are already in place.
Sell YOURSELF a couple. Make the terms to your liking....you know how to do that. You already KNOW that the things work. No silly pilot program necessary.

It's a Win-Win. Bing Bang Boom.

Annual filings in perfect order. Amazing what he can do when it's in his interest to get it done.

But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
