From the DD Ive been able to do, digging through state filings and getting out the old corkboard and yarn (conspiracy theory style) Tony took advantage of the 4/20 hype and quietly sold shares to scam investors. Especially after going silent for 3 years in the past, hes either a conman or incompetent and im not sure which would be worse.

The company is unresponsive to calls OR emails so Im left with no other conclusion. Im open to proof otherwise, but it seems to me this was a decently well done pump n dump plain and simple.
