Oh wait, how many criminal charges were filed? hmmm looks like a big fat ZERO, no fraud charges at all... Too funny.

It doesn't matter how much garbage you post, it all comes back to the fact that David Mersky has never been guilty or charged with fraud.

I find it a little hilarious, that if Mersky was a serial scammer, that not a single fraud charge would get laid... if there's so much evidence out there it would be a knock out of the park. But I guess without anything solid,or factual, doesn't look there is... LOL
