Thats exactly what I got out of that as well.
Find a method that nets the fraudster an acceptable return - then multiply the streams.
The smart scammers use others as a front.

That sounds just like their EVTI business plan as well.

NOTE: the use of forward looking words or statements in a rebuttal renders the entire statement null and void and I will completely disregard them.
