Newbie question

Hi,

I have been following this from a distance and was surprised that the rig is actually moving. I thought HDYN was still short of funds for drilling and needed to complete a private placement. I was waiting for the placement to get done and see pricing before I bought in.

Did they complete the placement or do they already have sufficient funds to pay for their share of the well?
