Surprise, surprise, I was RIGHT. The SEC revoked this POS and it didn't even take until the 14th.

The predictions were completely accurate because we KNOW the SEC will accept nothing from these delinquent filers except revocation. PERIOD.

Anyone holding shares in this POS has lost all their money. But hopefully the one thing they gained was a better understanding of securities regulations and won't make the same mistake again.

An expensive lesson, but an important one.
