Also ....All these insiders can not buy on the open market ...The stock would sky rocket if that many shares hit the ASK ...There are only 2.9 million shares trading and the rest insider owned or locked up ...(That number is from the CFO) ...Any future big block buying will gap this stock up and there will never be another opportunity to buy this stock under 3 again.It's a buy and hold if there ever was one.
