FCC Wireless Bureau says it posts weekly announcements.

Saw a listing today (Wednesday)of license transfers posted by the FCC Wireless Bureau and looking over the 23 pages towards the end of the document they state that this is their weekly announcement.

So there was one license transfer via lease granted to AT&T Mobility from Sandhill Communications - that was first accepted into the FCC process on November 16 2016 (about 240 days)that was 'consummated' last week July 25th. It did not need to be 'Granted' and there were no comment periods etc. You can view that file in the ULS system as number 0007525357.

Sandhill Communications is listed on page 2, and the FCC comment that they make 'weekly' notices is on the top of page 23.

My main observation is that this notice seems to indicate that all the decisions are bundled together and made public on a weekly basis, most likely on Wednesdays after hours. So we can start following this in the FCC daily digest in particular on Wednesdays, IMO.
