Poziotinib EGFR Exon 20 Insertion mutation paper to be presented at IASLC 2017 Chicago Multidisciplinary Symposium in Thoracic Oncology, Sept 14 - 16, 2017!

It mentions 2 patients have been enrolled at time of abstract submission but I'm not sure if this initial submission is a holder for a more updated presentation or not.

The abstract does give an interesting tidbit regarding the compassionate use patient. This pt had a HER2 A771insAYVM mutation and indicates that HER2 Exon mutations behaves like EGFR Exon 20 insertion mutation. Not knowing that one can somewhat guess that ia the case since they doubled the trial to include the HER2 mutation. Anyhows, thanks Paolo for the initial link.
