i asked kj about any developments on twitter pm.

his response:

We have had regular calls with the SEC and submitted our offer as requested. There is good progress on Cameroon, and the services business. We have some good developments on a long pending South America opportunity (not yet a contract)

He wouldn't elaborate on what was submitted he said "I cant say at this point"
