I purchased BMSN.

Ok, let's do the math backwards with yesterdays closing prices.
Assumed you never sold a share of BMSN/RGBP/RGBPP and you have 10k RGBPP.
You got 1 RGBPP for 10 RGBP. Means you have 100k RGBP.
You got 1 RGBP for 147 BMSN shares. Means you have 14.7M BMSN.
That's
10.000 RGBPP at 0.025 = $250
100.000 RGBP at 0.0252 = $2.520
14.700.000 BMSN at 0.0001 = $1.470
That's in sum $4.240 as current value of all your shares.
$4.240 divided by the initial 14.7M purchased BMSN shares brings up a pps of around 0.0003 (0.000288).
I'm sure most of the invested people here had not such a comfortable average pps when they bought BMSN shares that were eligible for the dividend.

Regarding your other point ... i answered your posting when it was public ... otherwise it would not been possible.
