This is the Sessions effect in the industry. Cannabis businesses that want to build out and expand have been very cautious with the new administration and Sessions in particular. I don't doubt for one minute that most of the delays on the building of this industry and it's infrastructure (Surna) are due to Sessions and his stone aged view of cannabis.
