I always go into ones like this, as those you just buy and forget about, because the timetable is always unknown. I never go in big, I just buy as much as I can afford that I'm willing to let sit for awhile.....sometimes a long while. If it moves in a week or two, great!, but if it take a year or more it's no big deal because I always go into it with the mindset that it's a long term hold for me.

It's not usually US investors that move these, it's overseas investors and the Asians are generally pretty slow at getting anything done.
