We need management that really sees something in the field, not just management who buys into it thinking that it will somehow materialize, and be successful, all by itself?

Right now, This management team is struggling to get its feet on the ground, never realizing the battle he has got himself into! The new guy/gal should have a couple of million to devote to this thing, and some great ideas that will make his, and our, investment worthwhile! Right now, this guy is not the Zuckerberg type IMO, though who knows, he may one day pull a Golden rabbit out of his hat? Doubtful however!
