It is a tragedy. Do not let the management lead you to believe that there is anything to this company. The lack of respect for shareholders at the AGM is a clear indication that Fuda and family know that their 20+ year fraud is coming to an end. Brilliant move by Joseph to convert his debt to shares. Where do you think he got the money in the first place? It was YOUR money!! The conversion was done to make everyone think that the management is heavily invested and believes in Micromem!

The dream is over. The only winners were the Micromem management team. Shame on you Fudas. Shame on you Mr. Amadori. Shame on all of you. But karma.......
