my PURA shares are still restricted. I got them from the USMJ "dividend" back in January or whenever it was. When do they become available to trade? on TD Ameritrade when I put in an order it says OPENING ONLY ON PURA, but it doesnt matter when or how I place a sale order it wont let me sell.

please advise!
