Best way to buy "cheap" is to have your broker bid the stock at a price you think is good...
This is not a stock that's going to be pumped and dumped or even pumped.. it's a stock that's going to grow with the company. That's always been the way with this stock. Still, it could take off at any moment on the right news.

Get some to begin with then limit order in case it drifts a little lower. Best way to acquire on this one.
