The amount of hard evidence that Barbara and Glenn have accrued over the course of time not only points to the original defendants at Hudson Gray. Though Glenn could not go into detail for obvious reasons, he did mention to me that there will be other individuals named and subpoenaed in this case.
As for how winning the case benefits CMG, I'm sure Glenn will be in a position to look at other companies to bring into the holding company and possibly resurrect XA. Believe it or not he remembers those shareholders who have supported him and CMG and IMO Glenn does not want to leave them out to dry so to speak. The future holds the key.
