Exactly.

And what most still not understand is that they could offer after NT219 news and NDA submittal but they did offer before and they did offer when they didn't need cash .... are the new investors here for a 60% return? (Considering that they have a lock-up period of 90 days).

Not forgetting the awards management will receive in case of a deal.
