I looked. Which businesses precisely and what is the evidence of a "turn-around"?
So far I have seen a reference to Newport Corporation which he never ran ...and while some point out to a recent $897 million acquisition by MKS last year...Cellucci left that company 20 YEARS AGO. So pardon my skepticism.
DCI? The company that sold its Viking assets to Bravatek while Cellucci was CEO of both?? Nice deal I guess...lol...no conflict there.
Union Core Technology Partners?...that he FOUNDED...did he have to do a turnaround on a company he started??? lol
Cellucci Associates? Again FOUNDED...needed a "turn around"??? lolx2
So that leaves Zyvex that he worked for between 02 and 06 when he left to go back to Cellucci Assoc. and the founder of Zyvex came back as CEO. Business had about 20 employees and was doing about $12 million a year as far as I can tell. What was the issue they had that he "turned around"?
Have I missed any???
So far the "turn around" rhetoric doesn't match the record.
